Why do gold rates change during the day?
Local rates track the international gold spot price and the PKR exchange rate, both of which can shift during the day.

Yes. Every piece comes with a purity guarantee and certification, a promise we've upheld since 1985.
What's the difference between 24K, 22K, 21K and 18K gold?
24K is 99.9% pure and softest; 22K (91.6%) and 21K (87.5%) balance purity with durability for jewelry; 18K (75%) is the most durable, suited to daily wear.
Is 21K or 22K gold better for jewelry?
Both are excellent choices. 22K (91.6% pure) has a richer colour and is often preferred for bridal pieces, while 21K (87.5% pure) is slightly more durable for everyday wear we're happy to help you choose based on your design and budget.
How can I check gold purity before buying?
Ask us in-store every SM Gold piece comes with a purity guarantee and certification, so you can verify the karat and see the purity certificate before you buy.
